Bags of collected leaves not in purple bags Reported anonymously at 13:07, Thu 25 November 2021 I am a Street Friend and have given purple bags to neighbours who have requested them. However someone in the road has collected so many he has put them in builders bags and they have not been collected. Also some black bags of leaves have been left outside a house and we don't know who.it was. Can these be collected as we have tried hard to keep the road clean? Thank you.
