Extremely overgrown tree in recreation ground Reported anonymously at 09:52, Tue 14 June 2022 There is an extremely over grown oak tree in the recreation ground that over hangs into my garden. It has destroyed my rose pergola which was over my fence and will, if not attended to destroy my fence. I have lived on Village Way for 6 years. I sent an email like this one year after taking up residence, to avoid damage to my property. Nothing was done by Bromley Council. I am therefore intending this email to be a letter before action. Unless you attend to the trees to avoid any further damage to my garden, I intend bringing this matter before Court. Your urgent attention would be appreciated. Regards Annya Ensignia
