Fallen Tree and Tree leaning a precarious angle

Reported anonymously at 16:14, Mon 20 June 2022

A rather large tree has broken at the main trunk at a height of approx 10m from the ground - seems dead. No damage other than to the tree itself, but the fallen trunk is dangling precariously. That part of the wood doesn't usually have much foot traffic, but for the safety of all concerned the broken part of the tree ought to be removed and the soundness of of the remaining trunk be assessed. Image attached 8318 + approximate location in 0423 - labelled [1]. I'm also quite concerned about a tree that overhangs our property and is leaning at an angle of 30 degrees off the perpendicular towards our house. The amount of ivy on the tree and the angle of tilt is concerning as to it's soundness and ability to withstand high winds. I would like it be assessed and also cut back to the boundary at a minimum. Picture is 8359 and approximate location also on 0423 - labelled [2].
