To be cut back please.

The road is Watts Lane, which is LBB's responsibility.....
The OHV is on the south side of the road opposite the brick wall and approximately equidistant between the width restrictors and the bench with the view. The tree may be the responsibility of the Chislehurst Conservators if it is on commons land rather than the local authority's verge, BUT Watts Lane IS a LB Bromley Road 100%....
