Woodhurst Avenue at the junction with Queensway, Petts Wood, Orpington:
A new green metal bollard/post installed into the pavement outside the new barbers has not had any concrete or tarmac around the base of the post to secure into the ground and has been left like this and forgotten about for weeks.
Please also remove your two yellow parking restriction cones.

Please re-open my report until the new green metal post/bollard has been filled in with tarmac.
