Dumped rubbish underneath our home. 10 black bags plus what looks like a chest of drawers.

  • Nobody accepting responsibility. Bin men ignoring it when most of it is clearly general rubbish.

For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.
