Road closed due to very large hole in the road following Thames water work.

There is a large hole , excavation and spoil blocking whole road, but no repair works are happening currently. Information update appreciated. Thanks

Hi, the leak is now fixed as far as I'm aware but Thames Water have left the road in a complete mess. They didn't even bother washing all the mud off the pavement. I went out myself and cleaned away some of the mud before even taking the attached photos because people were slipping over.
Also, as you'll see from the attached photos, their lorry has churned up the grass verge and although they sprinkled grass seed in the area of the leak, they made no effort to tidy up the approaching verge. Disgusting workmanship. Can somebody come around and maybe tidy it up a bit. I also think a representative of Bromley Council should make a formal complaint with Thames Water.

We have inspected the site and have arranged a site meeting with Thames Water to discuss reinstatement. Please be assured that this will be rectified in due course.
