Nightly Riding Bikes
Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 20:53, Mon 24 September 2018
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1421358.
For a second night in a row there are motorcycles riding in a park that should be closed ad 7pm (motorcycles ride at around 8-9pm) on the public pedestrian roads. Apparently, the marked road is not a Sport's Centre property since it is a mile away from it.

It does seem that the staff is around only like 1-3pm when nothing illegal would happen. It is a question whether those powerless rangers are required if they don't ensure the security and safety of the park when it should be calm and closed to public and especially unauthorized vehicle access.
The issue is ongoing and has repeated again on 16th of October from around 8pm to 9:30pm.

Park rangers are too scared of nocturnal animals (squirrels, bats, foxes and well-know Crystal Palace Park Ranger Eating Goose) and won't take any actions because it is really uncomfortable to work in wet pants after 7pm. Direct contact with the police is also out of scope for the council because phone is too high tech for an official entity that is believed to be responsible for the park area. Kudos for the effective work!

Nightly racing continues as of 28/01 . Apparently "closing" issue on the website does not fix it.

It definitely seems like a public service representative job to escalate an ongoing issue that has been reported numerous times to the relevant police representatives since clearly LBB gets council tax from people living in the area and fundings from the London budget and redistributes it between contractors and Bromley employees. It would be weird to hear from a butcher to go slaughter your own cow and cut a steak by yourself, why should public service be an exception?
