Recycle Bin Left Unemptied

A recycle bin belonging to 36-38 Thicket Road was left unemptied by the refuse collectors on Friday 11th. All the other bins were emptied except this one. The Bin remains on the pavement outside 36-38 Thicket Road awaiting collection.
