We do ask that separate reports for each vehicle are logged to avoid conflicting information or updates. The vehicles in the layby are on private land and will not be investigated without the land owners permission. Pls log separate reports for the white transit van and the hyundai for our team to investigate further.

Where expressed permission is given by the land owner or a managing agent acting on the freeholder's behalf Bromley Council will investigate nuisance vehicles on privately owned land.
There is a non-refundable administration charge per vehicle for the investigation of vehicles on private land. The investigation includes site visits, all relevant DVLA checks and the serving of any required notices on the vehicle. If there is no interested party or the vehicle is not claimed by an owner and deemed to be abandoned the removal of the vehicle will be undertaken free of charge by Bromley.
You can apply and pay for the investigation of a vehicle on private land online by using the link https://www.bromley.gov.uk/ site/ xfp/ scripts/ xforms_form.aspx?formID=238

Same vehicles parked here. This has been reported on loads of occasions. They have been static there for at least 5 years. With parking at a premium around this area this a liberty please investigate
