Damaged dangerous surface and drain End of Bridge Road junction with Poverest

Noticed on Saturday while investigating previously reported pot hole on Cray Avenue. This is a nasty condition as it is on the left hand turn onto Poverest Road and could cause a cyclist to come off their bicycle at serious risk to themselves or other vehicles.

The tree outside our property is an ongoing issue. Year on year, it's tree sap drenches the cars and our property with sticking sap, causing damage. Tree needs to be addressed. Cut. Etc. It is outside 16.poverest Road orpington Kent. Br5 2dg.
