Looks like a builder has fly-tipped a Dumpy bag full of rubbish. This is causing obstruction and may lead to car or personal accidents
Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 07:58, Fri 8 February 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1536313.
Large bag of rubbish dumped on roadside. Likely to lead to traffic collisions and other road safety concerns.
Bag is located on the corner of Warren Avenue with Elstree Hill. It may also be blocking water access to the road drain which could lead to road flooding making the road less safe.

I can see someone else has decided to add to the growing pile of rubbish. It is definitely a driving hazard and also obstructing children crossing the road.

Even more rubbish added.
It has been ignored by the refuse waste collection team this morning.

LB Bromley, by not dealing (promptly) with this, serves to encourage others to add to the pile of rubbish. Notwithstanding the impact on residents, and passing pedestrians and drivers, this is a false economy.

The size and nature of this flytip requires a specialist vehicle and arrangements for attendance have been made.
