Rubbish has been removed but has been simply dumped on the bank by the side of the road and needs to be collected. It is an eyesore and stands every chance of returning to the road in inclement weather such as we have had this weekend! Whoever moved it there didn’t complete the job properly and I trust has not - or will not - be paid for their services!

Sorry, but your contractor couldn't have looked very closely! The rubbish is on the bank and precisely where it was removed from the road in the first place. It is located about 400 yards from the Addington Road/Corkscrew Hill junction on the left hand side towards Addington and about 150 yards before the slight bend in the road. I drove past this at about 12.00 today and it is still there.

This hasn’t been ‘fixed’. Just driven past there and the rubbish is still there!!! Please, what on earth is the problem with getting this removed? Do the job properly.

I drove past at about 16.00 today and can confirm that it is still there. So, this matter has most certainly NOT been resolved. Whoever is supposed to be dealing with this can’t be looking very closely. It is on the bank at the side of the road pretty well opposite the Sparrows Den car park (the first one coming from the direction of Bromley). This issue is getting to become rather ridiculous - it really shouldn’t be difficult.

Addington Road was inspected by the Neighbourhood Officer on the 18th March and Kier were instructed to return and clear specific items of rubbish and some minor debris in the road.
This has now been visited again by Kier and cleansing is to a satisfactory standard. Any remaining litter against the bank hedgerow will be cleared at the next scheduled visit.
