Leaf mould accumulation
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 11:39, Tue 12 March 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1569452.
Over the autumn and winter a large amount of leaf mould has accumulated all the way along Hangrove Hill/Cudham Road/Downe Road between Downe Village and Cudham. In places it is several inches thick, and is causing a hazard especially when cars have to pull in to let others get past. The whole road needs a deep clean/removal of this hazard

I've maybe not put the pointer in the correct place, (NB this is hangrove hill, not where the arrow is!) but I cannot see any evidence of the road being swept, particulary as the road is single track with passing places, and it's the passing places that need clearing so they can be used without losing traction, especially as the road is a hill
