The Council's drainage contractor (Flowline) has been contacted today to chase this outstanding work request to clear out the blocked gully to establish any cause for the delay.
The image posted on 17th July 2019 is of an unrelated Thames Water value cover. If this cannot be simply pushed back into place then it should be reported as faulty directly to Thames Water Utilities.

How on earth can this still be open and unresolved nearly 9 months after being originally reported? 🤔

The Council's drainage contractor attended on the 13th January 2020 with tools to gain access to the gully connection. Partial jetting was undertaken and water flow has now improved and now passes to the main line.
This gully will be monitored and will be cleansed again if necessary and routinely in 2021.
