Trees lining Blundell Close require pruning
Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 10:13, Mon 20 May 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1634663.
The trees lining Blundell Close (specifically those which house numbers 4-6 face) are overgrown and are causing drainage problems to numbers 4, 6, 8, & 8a on Kent Road. Also concern for these trees being overgrown considering the properties on Kent Road are Grade 2 listed and the trees have potential to cause significant structural damage if left unmaintained.

It has been over 6 weeks since this was reported and no contact has been made by Bromley Council regarding this, nor has any action been taken on the overgrown trees. Could someone please provide some more information as to what can/will be done? Many Thanks

Still no response from Bromley council. Please either confirm that action will be taken or that these trees are not council property.

Where expressed permission is given by the land owner or a managing agent acting on the freeholder's behalf Bromley Council will investigate nuisance vehicles on privately owned land.
There is a non-refundable administration charge per vehicle for the investigation of vehicles on private land. The investigation includes site visits, all relevant DVLA checks and the serving of any required notices on the vehicle. If there is no interested party or the vehicle is not claimed by an owner and deemed to be abandoned the removal of the vehicle will be undertaken free of charge by Bromley.
You can apply and pay for the investigation of a vehicle on private land online by using the link https://www.bromley.gov.uk/ site/ xfp/ scripts/ xforms_form.aspx?formID=238

The original complaint back on 20 May 2019 was regarding overgrown trees lining Blundell Close causing damage to the properties on Kent Road. There has been no mention of nuisance vehicles so not sure what Bromley Council’s response is regarding. We still have not received a response from Bromley Council regarding the overgrown trees.

Apologies, the update above has been generated in error. However the trees along Blundell Close are not LBB owned or maintained.
