Dangerously parked abandoned car
Reported in the Abandoned and Untaxed Vehicles category anonymously at 19:35, Thu 13 June 2019
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1660073.
A black Ford Fiesta reg no: GK57UWN has been parked outside my property since 8-10am Wednesday 12 June 2019. I have undertaken a DVLA vehicle check and I am aware that this vehicle is taxed and MOT’d. However, Southern Gas Networks (SGN) are replacing the gas main in my road (see attached screen shot taken from Bromley Council website). Today, they (SGN) have excavated opposite where this car is parked. When workmen plus their bulky equipment are working here, the presence of this parked car will make the carriageway too narrow for cars/vehicles to pass safely. Furthermore, it is parked just off a sharp bend in the road and the road is not flat but hilly. This car is causing a hazard to the on-going long-term gas main replacement works happening in my road. Please can you contact the owner of this car and tell them to move it to a safer location. Thank you.
