I would re-report under street cleaning. There is something seriously amiss with the tree team at the moment as reports remain ignored or take months and months to rectify. I would also take this right to the top, find out who the head of this department is (can be found on LBB website) and complain, and CC your local Councillors while you’re at it. Good luck.
