Just adding to the report logged on August 10 2019 regarding the tree outside my property, 20 Frankswood Avenue. Clearly nothing has been done to reduce the size and reach of this tree since the report was logged. The size and reach is now way beyond safe, with an overhang halfway across the road and over a large part of both my and my neighbours gardens. This afternoon while I was cutting the front lawn, a chunk of branch came down, hitting me on the back. Fortunately it wasn't large enough to cause injury, but its becoming a regular occurrence, particularly when windy, and there is no doubt, given the size of this tree, it is only a matter of time before a large branch breaks away which is likely cause damage or serious injury to either a vehicle or persons. I am not sure why it is taking so long to address this potentially dangerous issue, or do we have to wait for a serious incident to occur before action is taken.
