Blocked drain (or drains) causing flooding in car park
Reported in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 18:54, Wed 14 August 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1732441.
A blocked or collapsed drain or drains causing flooding in a corner of the Harvington Estate car park adjacent to South Eden Park Road. The flooded area is on the left hand side after passing through the height and width restriction barrier. It’s been like it for a very long time but I wonder if this could be investigated.

After recent rain, that side of the Harvington car park was completely flooded and so clearly out of use as the water was lying inches deep.

As far as I am aware, the drains are still blocked. The area was swept a few months ago but, all that appeared to have happened was that the pine needles, leaves and debris that had gathered in that corner of the car park were simply swept up and deposited onto the nearby ‘flower bed’.

Thank you - the flooding/blocked drain appears to have been resolved but it would be appreciated it the sweeping of the area and drain clearance could be checked from time to time.
