Over grown grass area
Reported in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 08:30, Thu 12 September 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1764802.
The grass in this area used to be cut when there was a Crofton hall, as it’s by the entrance gate to the area. But since the hall was demolished this green space hasn’t been touched by the council and it’s grown wild and is overspilling to the pavement. The area is behind my back garden, and myself and my neighbours have seen rats here, which is a big concern with the close vicinity to our homes. The brambles and long grass is also a trip hazard as it has started covering parts of the public pavement. Is it possible that this small area by the gate & pavement could have the wild grass and brambles cut to a low level to prevent rats and to make the pavement safer?
