Completely blocked drain at the top of Blackness Lane causing my garage to flood

Drain is completely blocked again. Flooded my garage again.

Highways perhaps need to visit and rectify.

Many thanks for your additional comments and I've sent you a separate email so we can make arrangements to discuss your concerns further. This enquiry will now be closed as the five gullies were cleaned this morning and no problems were reported to the drainage system. JPR - 06/01/2020
