  • This is an on going issue. Can Bromley council not provide large on street bins for residents? Properties on this stretch are flats, with no Wheely bins or location to store, residents have to leave their refuge out for collection which then torn open and spread by foxes. If the council could take action to provide an solution for residents could leave their rubbish it would solve the constant reports.
