Fly tipped black bags and street rubbish
Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 23:22, Fri 8 November 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1838651.
Every single week, black bags of rubbish are fly tipped in exactly the same place. When the foxes rip the bags the rubbish is scattered all over the street . Is Bromley council not sick of my weekly complaints.
