Collapsed and blocked drain

Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1841791.
Elmfield road at bust stop Drain recently cleared, when part empty it’s clear the drain has collapsed. Drain is now full and flooding bus stop. Road cracking around drain due to heavy busses.
Seems highways department dosnt seem to care, complaint also sent to council direct

Not really sure what’s been done. A bit of rubble removed but the gully is still full. Road still cracking around both drains

A CCTV land surveyance has been carried out at this gully on the 21st of January, to identify precisely where a fault lies underground to cause the gully to collapse. A further update will be provided on the back of the initial field reports via email. Kind regards. L.Hughes LBB N05 4/2/20
