You have recently erected a warning road sign indication a bend with a 20 mph limit but you have ever taken down the previous sign in front of the new one so the new sign is obscured and can’t be read so not very helpful!

Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1857853.
If you’re driving along Wickham Way toward the Chinese Garage roundabout the new road sign is not visible. The old sign needs to be removed. I believe the situation is the same in the opposite direction with the new & old signs.

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.State changed to: Internal referral
