Thank you for your report. Under a separate report, an additional CCTV request has been raised as a separate exercise. The blocked footway gullies have been earmarked for cleansing as a separate incident, due to the CCTV work being more specialised. (Ref: 46014440). Kind regards. NO5 9/12/19

Thank you for your requested update. Due to the amount of time a CCTV investigation takes and the resource required, we are still awaiting a confirmed date for this to be carried out. To make the most effective use of our resource, we will be utilising the resource assigned in Bromley on this date, for various locations in the vicinity. There are two gullies marked here (in this report) for CCTV following the last cleanse in September and a visual inspection denoting a blockage. This has been followed up again and will be undertaken ASAP, in line with additional gullies in this road. Cleansing and CCTV are undertaken by separate vehicles, so a standard blocked gully will not be cleaned and jetted again on the basis of this update. Then of course the findings will be relayed to the Highways Department to make an assessment of required works and a cyclical cleanse will follow suit. Kind regards. NO5 8/1/20

So far highways have not been bothered by the collapsed and full drain

Thank you for your update. Highways have been notified of the collapsed rainwater gully and some CCTV gully surveyance has been carried out in this road. In terms of remedial repair, it is difficult to confirm a completion date at this time, but required works will be carried out when possible. Thank you. NO5 18/3/20

We ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our contractor. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. Please note that if the location you wish to mark is already occupied by a pin, you can hide the map pins via the button in the bottom left or you can click a nearby free section of the map to drop your green reporting pin so that all other yellow pins indicating existing reports disappear, you can then click and drag your green pin to the correct location and continue submitting your report.
