This vehicle has been abandoned and vandalised for months: rear window smashed and broken glass still dangerously scattered on pedestrian pavement; head lights removed; general litter and used dog poop sacks chucked inside. Can the council remove this eyesore?

This vehicle is still causing a nuisance, and health hazard. Broken front end/metal is directly at head height of my 2.5 year old boy.

As the vehicle is taxed albeit unroadworthy, and has been claimed by the owner who lives at the location, it cannot be classed as an abandoned vehicle. Further enforcement has been actioned in the hope of resolving this situation.
