Green area & bushes covered in litter
Reported in the Parks and Greenspace category by Charles Tucker at 15:08, Wed 11 December 2019
Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1884058.
At the end of Burrell Row, Beckenham there is a path leading to Croydon Road Recreation Ground. Next to an electric substation by Pascals College entrances on the path is a small patch of grass and bushes. Behind the bushes there are signs of people sleeping there. There is an enormous amount of rubbish scattered between the bushes, consisting of beer cans, food cartons and bedding. It really is an eyesore and a possible health hazard.

Checked today (23 Dec) and no action taken yet. Problem much worse with increased piles of rubbish. This path is a public footpath leading to Croydon Recreation Ground and the filth in the bushes and grass by the path is really alarming. In case the council cannot find this area it is adjacent to the rear garden fence of 25 Shaftsbury Road.
