Private ambulance HG59SPZ has not moved from road , no tax ( sept 2018 ) no mot (October 2019) still dripping oil . Why is this report closed ? ? .

The report has been closed as the vehicle can no longer be classed as abandoned because it has been claimed by the owner. The allegation of dripping oil onto the highway is a different issue which is still being investigated under different legislation.
