Flloding at the parking area

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1950921.
Dear Sir/Madam RE: the car park behind 30 – 40 East street ,access at the side of Grace coffee shop.
Since Mid December and the floods that occurred, it has meant that the paid for parking spaces are not useable due to flooding. You are unable to park as you have to walk through inches of water to get to the office building. This has been going on for over a month and means that the spaces we pay for cannot be used. I am not sure if its a drainage problem but clearly the flooding will not go away without someone come to drain or take other measures to get this parking back up and running.
I hope the council will give the users at least a month free of parking for the period that we have been unable to use these paid spaces.
I have been informed that the landlord has reported it and been told that its better. It is not and the parking is still not in use due to the floods.
Kind regards
