Commercial wastebeing left onfootway

At their action of glebe way and rose walk West Wickham, papa John's pizza shop, are leaveing industrial wheelie bin on the corner and putting their rubbish in and it is overflowing.

The industrial wheelie is still at the location given previously. Are you telling me that it is ok for commercial premises to leave these bins on the public highway all the time, which is what they are doing. I look forward to hearing from you.

This report was automatically directed to our Street Cleansing contractor who closed this error as a matter they would not resolve.
The Council will contact the trader to ask them to position their trade waste bin off the public footway.

Papa John's Pizza have had notification to store their commercial waste bin and trays off the public highway and should they not comply with this request then Highway Enforcement will visit.
