Overflowing rain drain
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 10:45, Mon 10 February 2020
Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1989035.
Since Friday we have had a leak outside our property with the drain overflowing. I have contacted Thames Water and they said that it could belong to the Council. Could you please check if this is your responsibility to fix. It seems that ever since some work was done by Thames Water on Wanstead Road with reference BB31420433 with Contractor: KCO 903 this has been an issue. Please liaise directly with Thames Water if you think you need to talk to them as they seem to think it's an issue the council needs to fix and I don't want to have to be the intermediary and it would rectify faster if you both just talked to each other and help rectify the issue. It's a lot of water that has been overflowing now for over 72 hours.
