This is a recurring problem. Someone who lives in the Wandsworth Council area - judging by the bags used - is fly-tipping regularly at the entrance of the alleyway near number 16. It is NOT number 16 doing this. Residents have been talking about setting up a camera to try and find out who's doing this. The rubbish is smelly and becoming a health hazard. This has been going on for a long time, causing the street to be littered badly whenever it's windy. The council has been clearing this dumped rubbish fairly quickly and efficiently, so this is NOT a complaint about the council.
