Lamp post litter-bin in Watts Lane stuffed with domestic refuse

Reported via iOS in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 17:37, Thursday 26 March 2020

Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later

As on many previous occasions this hooded litter bin appears to have been overloaded by being stuffed with bags of domestic rubbish.

Elsewhere the LBB has wisely retired such misused bins to good effect (witness the instance of some years ago when the Old Hill/Lubbock Road junction lamppost rubbish bin was regularly abused in the same way as the present bin)

Evidence suggests that removing abused litter bins results in far less rubbish being dropped on the surrounding area - and certainly not domestic rubbish.

Therefore can you please arrange for the removal of this lamppost litter-bin.
