Two large branches broke off the tree in the planting area in front of our house last evening, initially blocking the pavement, but now placed in a safe position. However, the tree has a number of other branches which look as though they might fall imminently and they should be pruned before they hit someone, or fall into the road. Smaller branches have also fallen onto our drive, narrowly missing a car.

Contractor appeared 2-3 weeks ago, when they indicated they would need a cherry-picker to reach overhanging branches and cars moved away from danger area. Since then, no sign of them. Please expedite!
