The pond before Bromely Park is covered in Algae, doesn’t have enough water and might have dead duck!

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2227389.
(I HAD TO PICK “weeds” as there isn’t an option for pond) This Pond is covered with so much Algae, and black gunk it’s so bad I think possibly one duck has got trapped under the water and isn’t moving.
Lastly I realised there is a duck with little ducklings and got stuck on the other side of the lake and couldn’t get back up because there isn’t enough water at the end of lake after the mini waterfall As you can see from the 2 pictures above. It’s quite distressing seeing the ducks not able to get back up with the other ones!
