Tool Container Broken Open being Misused
Reported via desktop in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 17:37, Sat 10 October 2020
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2335001.
This tool container in Blake’s Park has been broken open and is now being used as a gathering point for groups of teenagers as it provides shelter. Just saw a group of 9 teenage boys there some inside smoking and taking other substances. Please remove it or secure it. I think it was reported as burned out in July and marked closed but nothing has been done to remove or secure it.

I have just passed this container and teenage boys are inside smoking. Last week teenage girls were inside smoking what smelt like weed.

This container has been a magnet for youths causing trouble since it was set on fire months ago. Why has it not been removed if it is no longer used? It is attracting youths from all over who are causing misery to local residents with loud noise, smashing of bottles, letting off of fireworks, they have smashed up the bike maintenance tools located next to it last night. The barrier placed around it does not stop them entering, they just pull it aside. Remove it or lock the door so it cannot be entered!
