Waste bin outside 31-33 Kingswood Road overflowing with rubbish

Reported via desktop in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 22:15, Saturday 17 October 2020

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Bin outside 31-33 Kingswood Road is once again overflowing and litter is blowing down the street and onto residents driveways. Individuals either target the site to empty the litter from their car, deposit dog waste, or drop takeaway food cartons from local take-aways. Total disregard for whether the bin is already overflowing.
