Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The yellow fire Hydrant sign has fallen off the concrete post, which is situated outside 46 Bromley Crescent.. In addition, can the concrete post be moved or replaced as part of it is within my boundary wall and i want to bbuild a wall and this is stopping me from doing so.
