The drain directly outside number 18 Westmoreland Road needs to be kept clear at all times as it takes the run off rainwater from the high ground section of Westmoreland Road. This is an ongoing issue during the autumn and winter months.

  • As reported in June 2019, we are flooded again on both Hayes Road and 16 Westmoreland Road, please see attached photo. This is due to insufficient drainage in this area which has never been resolved, and could cause significant property damage. Please informed me of your future plans on resolving this on going important issue!
