Abandoned vehicle on Page heath lane

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The Black Hatch back Mitsubishi with no Registration number had been abandoned on page heath lane near the Tylney road Junction in Bickley, Bromley. Police made contact with the registered owner and he said he did not have the key and documents and gave it to another person and he would not recover it.
