Large Oak Tree in Mine Shaw Copse

Please could a great large oak tree in Mine Shaw woods be checked. It is at the foot of the gardens between No's 12 / 14 Old Tye Avenue. It has never been pruned in 50+ years and is suddenly, this Spring, showing several dead branches, with some small rotten pieces falling to the ground. I feel sure you will agree that this probably 80/90 year old great oak tree now requires some attention. While there, please also kindly check the smaller tree, to the south of the large oak, which is now leaning heavily towards the shed (fairly new!) at the bottom of the garden of No. 14 Old Tye Avenue. This smaller tree either needs some correction, or possibly needs removal before it falls onto the shed. Very many thanks (in advance) for dealing with these trees, both of which I feel you will agree, need attention.

Dear Sirs, I regret having to report to you that absolutely nothing has been done, therefore the issues that I reported on 28th April 2021 have very clearly not been resolved and therefore continue to remain outstanding.
