The grey Mercedes is UNTAXED (tax EXPIRED April 2020) and has NO MoT (EXPIRED October 2020) per DVLA website.
The blue Nissan is both taxed and MoT'd.

No movement on these two vehicles in the slightest, both most definitely dumped and should be removed ASAP! Leaflets are now collecting behind the wipers of the blue van which looks like a pig sty inside!

Enforcement cannot be considered on the Nissan as it is taxed and mot'd and at this point in time is not considered to be abandoned. A tax warning has been served on the Mercedes and we await keeper details from DVLA to consider further enforcement. This record will be updated as an when further information is obtained

The Mercedes shown was not at this location when re-inspected on the due date 21/05/21. If the vehicle has been returned to this location, LBB will, again, inspect and action as relevant legislation permits. Note that no action will be taken regarding the van shown as it is taxed and not deemed abandoned by LBB. In the absence of parking restrictions, there is no limit as to how long a vehicle may remain parked at one location on a public highway.
