Blocked gully rain drain on road

There is a blocked road drain outside my house on teh road side which keeps getting blocked the address of the drain is outside property 77 Corkscrew hill BR4 9BA

  • For information, the order for this repair remains outstanding within our contractor's planned schedule of work. Further arrangements are currently being undertaken to provide traffic management and/or the necessary specialist equipment in order to undertake the works.

  • Thank you for your update on the 24th August.

    This particular gully has a 'stuck cover' so arrangements have now been made for our contractor to return at night with drainage works expected to be completed by Friday 3rd September.

  • The Neighbourhood Officer has inspected and the necessary works to cleanse this gully and two near to No.87 Corkscrew Hill has not yet been completed.

    The Council's own contract management team have been advised of this ongoing failure by Flowline (our drainage contractor) to resolve this matter.
