Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2770796.
The vegetation is always encroaching the pavement on all sides of the Abbey Park fencing. Both on Southend and Brackley Roads. It s even worse under wet conditions.

For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.

How dare you close this. please log your action as a complaint. there are no properties so no street numbers. the problem runs along the entire fencing all along southend, park lane and brackley road. my original report makes that quite clear. do your job. the whole abbey park estate vegetation needs cutting back. the photo is totally clear as to the worst example site. do your job

Unfortunately, LBB do not have the resources to search entire lengths of roads for overhanging vegetation and in this instance, three roads had been mentioned. This is why property numbers or specific locations are requested. As you now advise that there are no properties that can specifically be identified, LBB will attend and action as best as limited resources will allow.

Low hanging vegetation has been cut where necessary along Abbey Park perimeter fence on Southend and Brackely Roads. LBB has contacted the property owner concerned regarding overhanging vegetation obstructing the illuminated traffic sign S24VAS3 and footway on Southend Road.

We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.
