Huge oak tree overgrown

Huge Oak tree in block of flat's garden, it is now very overgrown hanging into three gardens and will soon be damaging fencing or possibly large branches falling on residents below it. This is in urgent need of trimming has been an issue and reported numerous times over the last three years it is now urgent to ensure no damage to garden / property below and weak branches coming off this overgrown tree injury residents.It is effecting three properties one being my house 24 Cathcart Drive Orpington Kent BR6 8BX Kindest regards Danny Bermingham 24 CATHCART DRIVE ORPINGTON KENT BR6 8BX TEL;07801 549471

No this has not been sorted. I need to get this tree trimmed down someone at Bromley please confirm I can get this done by a specialist as I understand they are protected. THEY STILL NEED TO BE TRIMED WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS MONSTER STARTING TO EFFECT OUR GARDENS BIG TIME!!
