Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The trees at No.18 Shortlands Road have grown across half the pavement and have to be avoided to walk past. not easy for people with impaired sight or mobility problems

  • We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • Bromley Council have issued an Enforcement Notice to the responsible party.

  • The overhanging vegetation is even greater than when it first report on the 8thJuly. The enforcement notice was issue on the 15 October and the owners have done absolutely nothing to cut anything back.
