Rubbish bins on pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2882423.
Garden waste bin outside no 13 for 5 weeks. Rubbish boxes outside no 15 ( not his). Wheelie bins outside no's19 -22. Been there since i last reported them. They may be Clarion properties but they are blocking public paths.

We have investigated this report and found the location to be the responsibility of the Local Housing Association Clarion Housing. We have therefore referred this report to Clarion Housing via: CustomerServices@myclarionhousing.com

The rubbish has been taken away but the Wheely bins, recycling boxes and dust bins from numbers 13, 17,19-22 still on the pavement

Just to let you know final letters were delivered 13.8.21. The next stage will be removal of the bins.

No action had been taken on this matter. Garden waste bin outside number 13 for 3 months. Bins and assorted rubbish outside block 15-18 and wheelie bins and assorted rubbish outside 19-22 for even longer. You state that the responsibility lies with Clarion Housing. But as I have said " there is no point complaining to them as they don't do anything". This proves the point.
