Can someone please confirm to me what contractor has been assigned and when they are scheduled to attend site? Furthermore will someone be repairing the brick garden wall as well as removing or pruning the tree?

This really is outrageous. I wait 6 weeks for 2 tree limbs to be cut off the totally overgrown tree. I was at the property today and the tree is still standing. I think 1 or 2 branches may have been cut away, but the entire tree needs to be removed or pruned back extensively, as the roots of the tree are damaging my property. Cutting back 2 branches was not the cause of damage to the brick garden wall or is not what is causing damage to the inside of my house. This needs to be addressed immediately as any further damage to my property will by the responsibility of Bromley Council for such delayed and insufficient services

The tree mentioned above was cut down on 26 September 2021. Whilst cutting down the offending tree, outside No 1 Thornsett Terrace, the contractors managed to damage the lilac tree which is next to the cut-down tree. I was assuming that they would be returning to make good the damage (see attached photo), but so far, no-one has returned. The lilac tree should not just be left as it is. The whole area is also still very messy and needs tidying up. Thank you

I'm the owner of 1 Thornsett Terrace and agree that the site of the tree removal is a complete mess. Furthermore I would expect the tree trunk to be completely removed, as the trunk is very ugly and the roots to it will likely cause further damage to my property. The entire site needs to be cleaned up.
